I had ordered it because :-1.) I liked the design of multi-purpose kadai very much2.) I was not willing to purchase other similar products provided with plastic handle on platesUnfortunately, I had to return this multi-purpose kadai.....After un-boxing it, I observed that :-1.) The handles provided on plates (for lifting the plates) do not appear to be made up of stainless steel2.) ALL the handles provided on all plates are having VERY VERY sharp edges. While lifting the plates or at the time of cleaning, it will SURELY cause injury/cut on fingers

This is a very good product. Can make 14 idlis in one use. But the idlis are not puffing. At first, I thought that the problem is with my batter but, when I tried making idli on my old idli plate it was puffing up. Steaming plates are of good quality. We can use the utensil for making curries or pulav. The bottom is not thick though.18/01/2023Writing this review after 2yrs of continuous usage. One morning while making idli the bottom panel got separated with a strange loud noise. I continued using it for another few months just to make idli, as there wasn't any damage to the utensil other than a missing layer of the bottom, outside. Without it, the bottom layer became even thinner, and I found it enough for boiling water to steam idlis.
