Such a big brand with such a huge cost and has come with absolutely no seal. The company has to seriously look into the tampering threat. There are multiple hands the product exchanges before it reaches the final consumer. There has been absolutely no effort to ensure the virginity of the product and this is bad to both the final consumer and the company as if the product has been tampered with in the interim the consumer will have negative feedback on the product itself. Wella has to seriously look into this and work on the same. Attaching a pic of how the product arrived and I am still not sure if the product is safe to use.

The container I received is definitely a return product of someone else because a chunk of cream has definitely been taken out as seen in the picture. I do not expect such kind of discrepancies from Silkrute. I won't recommend anyone to buy such kind of consumable item from Silkrute
