This was my second time purchasing but oh boy it was such a disappointment. Its thick so i emulsify it but it wouldn't just evenly spread. And I would curl train my hair with this but it doesn't just work like that. It makes my hair greasier and so so heavy??.

I have 3a/3b curls, that are really dry and frizzy. I've used arata hair cream for a week now (and have used it 5 times to style and refresh my curls) and here is what I noticed:-it has good hold .-slip is not that great which doesn't make it suitable for finger coiling hair.-it leaves a cast on, so sotc is important.-tames frizz considerably.-has a very mild fragrance.Although, the packaging could be better as it's only sealed with a tape that can be easily tampered with.Update(personal experience based on using it for three months):How/when it works best:-When used on wet hair (hair should make squishy sound when scrunched).-When emulsified (preferably with a little water and/or lightweight oil).-When used in sections of hair(raked or brushed).

A very basic styling cream, made my hair feel like rock as soon as it dried. Felt like washing my hair immediately to remove the product. Such a waste of money I would never be using this!

I was looking for hair cream which can keep my hair soft and bought this item as I was looking for organic product hut when I used it I was surprised to see its a gel and hold the hair very hard which I was not expecting and looking for.It holds the hair very tight and for short hair it does not look good. Not sure if natural and organic products really can keep hair that hard and hence I expect some chemical must have been used.Not happy with the output of the product.

This is the best Cream if you are starting your CG Journey. Result is visable in First wash . I am in love with my hair . You Have to use the right amount and right technique . I read so many commnets before buying stil i thought atleat let me try and OMG First application gave me the shinning result .Please make sure hair is pure wet and add bowl method to use it it did not give me anything Just shinning yes i had applied the gel as well which is again same Arata Gel.I had wavy and dry hair and i am attaching the photo after using ,"This is just first SOTC . I am not expert .Product is great

Arata recently changed its packaging, but with this product they have changed the product itself. I wasn't a great fan of the original product either, but this new one is worse.I bought this as i left my cantu hair cream at hostel during the lockdown and i was short on budget hence i bought this.After an hour of application into the damp hair it starts which is sticky and it feels like cement. Your curly hair wont feel like hair anymore. The curls are stiff, it feels sticky and weird.Better to spend some extra bucks and buy a good hair cream, I personally recommend Cantu curl activator cream.
