Atleast for me the pre was good, have been a regular user of GNC, but took this for a change and it has good reviews. Really mixes we'll, has a weirdish yellow color once dissolved. Does what is described- enhanced focus, better strength. Doesnt give tingling sensation. One thing I felt off atleast for me was that it gives a really sweet after taste, this I'm not a fan of. It is really really sweet, not sure why almost all mb prods are so sweet.

Used three days continuously. Had to sleep most part of the day after using it. Body is fighting something after this vodoo drink. Not sure what he'll they mixed in this. Not at all pre workout drink. It will make you weak...avoid taking this urgently. Lost respect for MB group as a whole for a substandard product.
