Vatha kulambu podi is a spice powder used in preparation of vatha kulambu. This is a very aromatic powder which has coriander seeds red chillies and other spices. The powder can be prepared in large quantities and can be stored for a whole year. But the ingredients I have given renders 1 1/2cups of the spice powder and can last upto 3-4 months for a 3 member family. I will also give the measurements needed for the whole year. My mom used to prepare this podi and she has a book in which she refers for the quantity of ingredients. Even I have referred the same book.
