The bottle contains 70 grams of powder for 10 days at a rate of 10 grams each. Take 75 g of navarayari and boil it in one and a half liter of water. (If you are cooking in a cooker you do not need this much water.) Before the rice is half cooked take a packet (10 g) of the medicine powder from the bottle and add it to the porridge and mix well with the fenugreek and ashali.
