Recently my nutrionst has explained the advantages of cold pressed coconut oil and post that I have ordered this. It taste really good, I have also consumed raw in spoon, enjoyed the taste. We have been using Dabur products since our childhood days.. This is the first time we tried coconut oil from Dabur and yes we just loved it. We tried this oil in salads the consistency is perfect and there was no strong fragrance of coconut oil like others of have. I personally tried this on my face though my skin tone is oily but it did wonders on my skin. The texture is so light and does not feel oily at all. So yes this coconut oil is a multi purpose oil for cooking and for skin application as well.

First time I bought ?? Dabur Edible ?? Coconut ?? Oil was in Sep. 2022 ??? in the price range ?? of ?250-300, with MRP ?399. In my personal usage, it lasts 8-10 months. The product expires ?? in 18-months from the date of manufacture ??. I am using it as an essential oil for keto-diet ????, in rotation ?? with about 5 other variety of oils. Needless to say, its best ?? use is to consume a couple ??? of tablespoons per day ??, either as is ??, or drizzling ?? it in salads ??, or in smoothies ??. Personally I would avoid heating ???? it beyond the usage of marinating, sauteing or baking and would never use it for deep frying ??. Of course, one can use it as hair ???? oil, or for massage ???????. In that sense, it is very versatile ????. Though we don't have any easy way of verifying ?????? the manufacturing ?? processes, but it being a product of well known and authentic brand Dabur ??, and considering the claims like: ?? Virgin ???? Coconut Oil ?? 100% Natural ?? ?? Cold ?? Pressed ??? ?? 60% MCT .. I fully trust ????????? it. Also, in price, it beats ?? its worthy competitors very well. For these reasons ??, this product deserves a 5-star rating from me ???????
