It was totally melted when it reached me. The coolent is of no use, please use good quality coolent to keep the chocolates in its original condition. I have bought chocolates before where the chocolates have never melted even if kept out. I'm allergic to cold and therefore difficult for me to keep it in the fridge and eat it cold and cant keep it out cause it just melts in seconds.
