Boil 500ml (3 cups) of water in a thick bottom vessel. Add contents of the pack and 2 table spoon oil/ghee and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes on low flames. Keep stirting till water absorbed & look like halwa. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot. You can also add boiled peas. For spicier Upma add one chopped green chilli to mix or choice of spices. Add 1 table spoon ghee/ butter before serving.
