Dhokla Recipe : * Add 500-600 ML of water in steamer or cooker. Place a ring in water and keep medium flame to generate steam. Cover it with lid. * Take 180 ML of simple water in big bowl add add 180 grams of ready mix. *add 3-4 Tsp oil. * Make a fluffy dough with beater or by hand up to super softness. * Add fluffy dough in deep plate or in Thali and place in Steamer/Cooker on the ring and cover it. * Cook for 15 Minutes for good result. *Keep aside it to cool at room temparature.For Tempered Syrup/Tadka: *Add 3-4 Tbsp oil in fry pan. Fry green chillis in hot oil and take out in a plate *Add Black Mustard seeds & Curry Leaves. Fry up to cracking. After that add 200 M L water & 2 spoonsugar or to taste . After boiing tempering will be ready. *Cut Dhokla in choiced shape * Spread Tadka on upper layer of cooked dhokla. *Garnish with whole fried green chillis. Leave aside for 5-7 minutes. It is ready to serve now STEP 1 :Put to boil approx. 1 litre (six & half cups) water in a large steaming vessle or pressure cooker. Mix contents of this pack. with separate 320ml water and 15 ml (1tbsp.) refined edible oil. Lightly grease idli moulds with oil. Stir batter gently and pour into each mould.Place idli moulds inside the steaming vessel. Cover and steam on high heat for 15 mins. if pressure cooker is used do not apply weight/ whistle. Serve steaming hot fluffy side up with Gits Instant Sambar and Coconut chutney.
