Disadvantages
If you are planning to buy this to use in tea then do NOT buy it. It spoils milk, changes the colour to a very dark brown and does not taste good. Also the aroma of the jaggery is not good. It has lumps in it and not powdery as it should be.Bought this by seeing the ratings but I wish I would have seen the reviews as well.

I buy all organic groceries from Silkrute, mainly 24 Mantra, but never wrote a review for any. But this jaggery is so beautiful I was compelled to write a review. This is top notch jaggery. Best flavour. Very close to palm jaggery flavour, though not the same. This comes in powdery form. I dilute it in water when I use it for cooking or eating. 24 Mantra makes some really good products. The only flaw is it has some hay/husk like impurities in it which floats when diluted in water. I got it for Rs 43. I would definitely buy this again. Highly Recommended.
