Once whisked properly add 2-3 ml of Vanilla Essence/any essence of your choice. Lastly add 10 ml of Vinegar and whisk making sure the batter is of pouring consistency. Bake it for 40-45 minutes at 1600 Celsius in pre-heated oven. Insert a toothpick into the cake to see it is baked properly. FOR EGGLESS In a bowl add 60g of butter + 40 ml of any vegetable oil +120g of powdered sugar and whisk to make it fluffy. Now add 80g of curd and whisk it till the batter is looking smooth. Add 1/3 rd of cake mix pack (165g) in parts and add 2-3 ml of Vanilla Essence/any other flavour of your choice and whisk. Lastly add 10 ml of Vinegar and whisk making sure the batter is of pouring consistency. Preheat the oven at 1600 Celsius and bake it for 40-45 minutes.
